Our services

We provide marketing services, called boxes, each with the contents, price and delivery time described on its page of this website.

Orders

An order is placed by email. It becomes binding when we confirm in writing the box, its contents, its price and its delivery date.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes, where they apply, are stated in the order confirmation.

Payment terms are stated in the order confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery times are counted in business days from the day we receive your brief and the access we need.

A delay in providing them moves the delivery date by the same time.

Revisions

Each box includes the revision rounds stated on its page. Further changes are quoted before they are made.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to use the materials you send us, and that the products or services we promote for you are lawful.

Third-party platforms

Advertising spend and platform fees are paid by you directly to the platforms concerned.

We do not control the decisions these platforms make about accounts, ads, profiles or rankings.

No guarantee of results

We deliver the contents described. We do not guarantee sales, leads, followers, reviews, rankings or any other outcome.

Ownership

Once a box is paid in full, its deliverables belong to you. The materials you provide remain yours.

Confidentiality

We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a box is limited to the amount you paid for that box.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order confirmation applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
