Before work starts
You can cancel an order at any time before work starts and receive a full refund.
After work has started
You can still cancel. We refund the part of the packing list that has not been carried out.
After delivery
If a delivery does not match the contents confirmed in writing, tell us within 14 days. We correct it.
If we cannot correct it, we refund the part concerned.
What is not refundable
Advertising spend and fees paid to third-party platforms.
Completed work that matches the confirmed contents.
